In early 2001, and through the expedited financing for interim measures for capacity building in priority areas part II, the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the Ministry of Environment (MOE) have mobilized a top-up funding from GEF to undertake capacity building in priority areas: GHG inventory, technology needs and transfer and observation networks.
