Workshop

In accordance to our actions plan and program, and specifically task C: Assessment of technology needs and transfer methodology, D: Capacity building for participation in systematic observation networks, and E: studies to prepare for addressing climate change: improvement of emission factors, the Second National Workshop was held on the 29th of October, 2002, at the St. Joseph University, Campus des Sciences Humaines.
