NGO Training Program

The Enhancement of the Permanent Environmental Awareness Unit (EPEAU) project, in partnership with Notre Dame University (NDU) and the Ministry of Environment, has planned a three-day capacity-building program for twenty-five participants representing twenty-five national environmental NGOs. the NDU NGO management program is sponsored by Caritas Sweden, and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (SIDA). The course requirements were prioritized in collaboration with the Technical Assistance to Reinforce Governance in Environmental Tasks (TARGET) project. The program aims at providing NGOs that are relatively active in the environmental sector with concrete social and managerial tools that will strengthen their capacity and enhance their efficiency, through a participatory approach with a combination of workshops, lectures, plenary session and case studies. |
