The Steering Committee

In an attempt to reach the project's ultimate goal the SPASI project will have to create a network of partners from different Ministries, governmental bodies, private sectors and NGOs. This network will create the steering committee acting as SPASI Board of Directors.

The functions and responsibilities of the committee are as follows:

Attend regular meetings to review workplan, discuss progress and make suggestions regarding to SPASI activities.
Advise SPASI team on gaps known to them in their respective field of work.
Assist SPASI in spreading the awareness concerning industrial compliance and cleaner production.
Review and comments draft outputs and recommends changes if seen necessary.
Adopt project outcomes & lobby if necessary within their institutions.
Assist SPASI team in disseminating the project outputs among different institutions.
