Building Capacity in Lebanon to fulfill its communication requirements to the UNFCC and respond to the objectives of the conversion on a continuous basis by:

1.        Preparing a national inventory of GHG sources and sinks.

2.        Creating a permanent data collection and management center to regularly update the inventory.

3.        Assessing the vulnerability of the Lebanese ecosystems.

4.        Assessing feasible mitigation strategies in various sectors.
