1. Providing the Ministry of Environment with the necessary program for data collection.
2. Transforming the information program into the Arabic Language.
3. Reviewing all previous studies & accomplished projects dealing with the subjects of water &/ or Air.
4. Establishing a priority list concerning necessary data to be collected.
5. Analyzing the capacity of the different partners & setting the training requirements.
6. Establishing a sustainable management plan to the attained monitoring information.
