- Strengthen the structure of the Ministry be able to cope with and efficiently deal with tasks leading to environmental sustainability.
- Build staff management capabilities, applying modern management and effective leadership practices as well as enhance the capacity of the Ministry in mobilizing resources and establishing new partnerships;
- Provide the necessary tools and applications to improve the performance of MOE functions efficiently.
