To file an environmental complaint to MoE, fill out the form (attached) or an equivalent form (that includes the date, address, telephone number and signature of the representative lodging the complaint) and deliver to the General Registry of the MoE to be registered. Complaints can be filed through the formal channels (addresses found on the next page), or using the Ministry’s hotline (1789), or by fax (01 976535) or by email complaints@moe.gov.lb.
