We are a junior ecoclub in Japan. Our group is an aggregate of the family.The menber is from 1st of elementary school until 3rd of junior high school.Our object of the action is only environmrnt. No thema in environment is our policy.

Our project name is how to use the bamboo energy? The deatails are follows.
1.We test and research the method of using the bamboo as biomass energy.The bamboo grows up in one year, so every year we can use it continuously as a fuel.
2.We test the bamboo chip for a soil improvement material. We place the chip on the same place, 2-3 years later bamboo chips are changed the soil and compost.

How to decrease common people the energy and CO2? The objective of our project is test and inspection of using the bamboo as biomass energy, and then we will announce for common people how to use biomass energy and bamboo energy.
Finally common people understand energy use and CO2.
*Most importnat way of thinking of your group/project for environment
When we will make the plan or project, most important point is how to consider the project by only the children.
If the adults help anything , the children's progress is only small.We hope the children consider the project by themselves and then move themselves.If they need the help, we supply enough support.Finally the children can consider themselves.
*What kind of group/project do you want to exchange for imformation and experience with?
Our name is Hiroki Hiramatsu and Tomohiro Hiramatsu. We want to discuss global warming, water,energy and all environment things.Because the people have different thinking. More and more meeting will make the good way for the environment we think.

We are junior high school students and 12-13 years old. Our English is not enough for the usual talking, but we want to discuss manythings with many people.
*Impression of Children's World Summit for the Environment 2005 Aichi
We heard the opinion from many participants that common Japanese people cannot consider the opinion of environments.
The participants said to me directly, and I reply soon. This is very good experience for us.We understand different people have different opinion. Also we had a good freiendship with another participants. Now we continue the contact with some participants by e-mail.

We started the action for environment about 6 years ago. Ministry of environment have a program for the children.
The name is junior ecoclub. Then we did many action for the environments, sometimes 3-4 times for one month.
When we started, we are only our family, now we are 7 familys (12 children and 8 adults).
After this summit we started the volvo adventure program, that name is how to use the bamboo energy?
We cut much bamboo and made the chip by bamboo.
We hope our experience annouce to the common people and they start the plan for the environment by themselves.
