Project "For Pure Water and Nature" Calling people's attention to:
* improving the quality of drinking water in Sliven region;
* creating groups for exerting pressure in order to make their stands;
* building a purifying station in Sliven(Bulgaria) municipality;
* foresting and planting the space between blocks in the town of Sliven;
* creating an attitude to pure environment and partnership with the member-states of EU and the world.

Tasks
We, reperesentatives of SOS Health - Konstantin Petrov,Stanislav Petrov and Todor Ljubenov, pay attention to the treaty for setting up the European Union and concern for necessary to make efforts to:
*perfect the information in direction of improving public health and ecology through creating, publishing and spreading the calendar "Let's be partners with children" and setting up an independent ecological body for The applying organization SOS Health is founded in
1992 and works for ecology, health and development;
*increase the possibilities of fast and coordinated
reaction against threatening health and ecological
processes in the environment through informing MCI,
publishing agitating materials such as posters,
brochures, stickers;
*promote pure water, children's health, culture of
behaviour and preservation of the Earth through
organizing activities and sports events

Problem:
There has not been a purifying station to the dam "Assenovetz" from 1985. Population of Sliven region is 140 000 citizens (31.000 people from them are children). Their main use of drinking water is from the dam "Assenovetz".The water from the dam "Assenovetz" is with declined microbiological and chemical composition. High value of nitrates and oxidizing were stated in 1995 because of drop of the medical minimum. Raised dead volume after 20 years of exploitation increases the danger of polluting the water with ammonia, manganese, iron and nitrates.
