*Missions and activities of your group/project

Our goal is to make the famous "Tamashina River" a clean and beautiful river where salmons can live.  We hope the salmons will come back to our river again. Our major activities are to clean the river, plant trees in the upper part of the river, and to let other people know about our activities.

We are really proud to have a river where salmons run up. Our activities are well supported by the fishermen's union, landlords, JA, and the tourist association.

"Without trees there are no mountains. Without mountains there are no rivers. Without rivers, we will never have a bountiful sea."
